Return & Exchanges.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on services or products that have been opened, used, or rendered.
All sales are final once a product has been unsealed or a service has been performed..
Cancellations & No-Shows.
β’ Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
β’ No-shows or last-minute cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
β’ Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be required to reschedule. We are unable to shorten treatment times or delay the next client.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, regardless of payment method (cash, voucher, gift card, or third-party platform).
Cards are only charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Booking Etiquette
We value our clientsβ time and kindly ask for the same consideration in return.
β’ Repeated cancellations or rescheduling, even when within policy guidelines, may limit future booking availability.
β’ Appointment confirmations are required. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled if we are unable to reach you.
β’ Providing invalid or fraudulent payment information will result in the inability to rebook.
β’ Clients with a documented history of booking issues may be declined for future appointments.
Scheduling Assistance
If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you, we recommend booking the next available slot and then contacting the studio to check for earlier openings.
